• Whole-School Pastoral Parents’ Information Evening: All invites have gone out for next week’s Pastoral Parents’ Information Evening on Thursday 16th October 2025 and there are still appointments available. If you have not received the invite and would like an appointment with your child’s Form Tutor, please contact Mrs Maudsley.

• STEM Club: STEM Club will finish at 4pm on 16th October due to Pastoral Parents’ Evening. Many thanks.

• Year 9 English Visit: All Year 9 students should have received a letter regarding an English Department visit to see a production of ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ at the Lowry Theatre in Manchester in January.

• Year 11: PPE 1 revision checklists have been issued to all students, please click here to view the document

• Year 11 English Revision: The Y11 English revision session on Thursday 16th October (period 6) is cancelled due to staff involvement at the Pastoral Parents’ Evening. However, the English Department is providing additional revision homework on Google Classroom. This will be set on 16th October, in addition to your child’s usual English homework. Your support in ensuring your child completes these revision tasks is greatly appreciated.

• Year 11 Parents’ Evening: All invite emails were sent on 8th October at 14.44. Please check your junk/spam if you have not received one. Please contact Mrs Maudsley if you have any queries.

• Paris Visit: The next payment instalment of £275 for the Paris visit is due to be received in school by Thursday 23rd October. We also require a picture of your child’s passport by this date. This can be sent by email to Mrs Maudsley (CMD@culchethhigh.org.uk). If your child does not have a passport, please send an email to Mrs Maudsley giving your child’s name as it will appear on the passport.

- Year 9 girls football fixture at Newman High School. Kick-off is at 4pm, returning to school at approximately. 5.45pm.
- Year 7, 8 and 10 girls football training. 3G pitch 3.15-4.15pm
- All years Badminton Club. 3.15-4.15pm

Wednesday 15th October
- Year 7 football fixtures at Birchwood High School. Kick-off is at 4pm, returning to school at approximately. 5.30pm.
- Year 9 football fixtures at Lymm High School. Kick-off is at 4pm, returning to school at approximately. 5.45pm.
- Year 8 football training. 3.15-4.15pm on the 3G pitch. Students need to train if they wish to be selected for future fixtures.
- Year 8 / 9 Girls and GCSE PE Trampolining Club
